We are a UAE based boutique training and consulting provider specializing in Organizational Resilience. Established in 2015, the company supports government entities and private-sector organizations across the Middle East and selected international markets.

As a passionate and accomplished subject matter expert, Tim brings over 20 years of experience leading, developing, and supporting Business Continuity Management and Crisis Management programs across government and private-sector organizations. In 2015, he founded Marjason Consulting DWC-LLC and has since supported organizations across the Middle East in building sustainable resilience capabilities.

Twice awarded Best BC Consultant (BCI Africa Awards 2021 & 2022) and currently serving as BCI global judge and mentor. He has designed and implemented BCMS and crisis management frameworks across 17 countries and 12+ industrial plants and lead executive crisis simulations, resilience strategies, and disaster risk reduction programs that align organizations with global standards and strengthen operational resilience.

Huda Al-Rasheed MBCI

Huda brings over 13 years of experience in building and managing Business Continuity Management systems. She is a highly accomplished professional who has successfully guided organizations to ISO 22301 certification. As an Approved BCI Instructor, Huda demonstrates that her deep industry knowledge, along with her strong training and coaching skills, are essential to delivering effective and impactful Business Continuity Management Systems.

Mohamed Hassan FBCI

Mohamed is a resilience and GRC expert with 25+ years of leadership in BC, risk, and crisis management across key sectors. Mohamed has held senior roles in international consulting and technology firms. He is a PgMP, MBCI, and PECB Certified Trainer, holding numerous certifications. As Vice Leader of the BCI Saudi Arabia Chapter, he actively promotes resilience awareness and skills development through national initiatives and community engagement.

Kelly Blakely MBCI

Kelly is a globally recognized crisis management and organizational resilience leader, bringing 15+ years of experience strengthening national and international preparedness across governments, critical infrastructure, and global organizations. She’s known for transforming complex risk landscapes into resilient, coordinated response systems that protect operations, people, and national interests.

Abdulrahman Alonaizan MBCI

With a distinguished 37-year banking career Abdulrahman brings extensive expertise in BCM, crisis management, risk and IT operations. Appointed Chairman of the Business Continuity Banking Committee by the Saudi Central Bank, his leadership supported ANB’s repeated ISO 22301 certification and earned numerous international honors, including Business Continuity Manager of the Year, Lifetime Achievement, DRI’s Business Continuity Team of the Year 2024 and the Transformation Resilience Leadership Award (Asia 2026).

Thomas Bennett FBCI

Thomas is a resilience professional with extensive experience in emergency planning, crisis management and business continuity across the public sector and the Middle East oil and gas industry. His expertise includes Civil Contingencies Act compliance, major incident response, BCMS development, training, exercising and organizational resilience. He is a Fellow of the Emergency Planning Society, and received both the BCI Middle East and Global Resilience and Continuity Professional (Public Sector) Awards in 2022.

David Bollaert FBCI

David is a resilience professional with over 20 years of experience leading enterprise-wide programs across sectors such as finance, government, healthcare, and telecommunications.
